The journey to adulthood can have its challenges and for some young people more support is needed than can be provided in mainstream education.
The Evergreen Way offers an educational and therapeutic environment which supports children by, first and foremost, providing and fostering reliable, honest relationships.
Everyone remembers their favourite teacher – the teacher who took an interest. The Evergreen Team have a proven track record of helping children on their way to meeting their potential, those who find attending regular school difficult. With individual care, attention and our therapeutic approach, time and again we have turned around the fortunes and prospects of non-attenders, building their self-esteem and resilience, and re-engaging them in the learning process.
Successful educational experiences last a life time. Not only is education needed to provide the skills necessary to navigate life today, it also can and should be a positive and affirming experience in itself. The Evergreen Way helps children learn about and value themselves and thus find their place in the world, one where they have the power to make a positive difference to their own lives and the communities in which they live.
Evergreen Education and Therapy offers the following services:

Alternative Provision, using our bespoke 'Windows on the World' model of therapeutic education, for children aged 4-16 (Years R-11). This happens either in small groups (up a maximum of 4 learners) or 1-1, up to a maximum of 15 hours (3 days) a week.

Individual or group therapy sessions (usually weekly, lasting 1 hour, longer for groups), promoting personal growth through creative arts therapy, Dramatherapy and Art Therapy. For children aged 4-18. Individual therapy is offered in blocks of a minimum of 15 sessions.

We can now offer Psycho-therapeutic Counselling and Individual Sports Coaching.
